URUSHIN (Also known as PRECTORIAN SOLO PRODUCTION / KOUKI / DOCODEMO) ("the Developer", “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Mr. Handyman mobile application (the “Service”).  This version of the Service is supported by third-party advertising.

5. Technical Permissions (GMS SDKs)

This Service is built using the GameMaker Studio (GMS) engine. The app may request permissions (such as Network Access or Internet) required for the Ad SDKs to function. We do not use these permissions to access your private files or contacts.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

This Free version of the Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly serve personalized ads to children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it. Our ad partners are configured to respect "Child-Directed" tags where applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

We provide the Service and the integrated advertisements "as-is." We are not responsible for:

• The content of the advertisements served by third parties.

• The privacy practices or data breaches of our third-party ad providers.

• Any malware or external links encountered through a third-party advertisement.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our advertising partnerships or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service signifies your acceptance of these changes.
