I studied Biochemistry and Biology at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). During my final degree project, I became interested in MRI applications, a field I have continued to work in ever since. I then completed a Master’s degree in Biophysics, also at UAM, before moving to Barcelona to pursue my PhD at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), which I defended in 2019.

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher at PILab, where my main research focus is glioblastoma, although I also collaborate on other pathologies. Outside of research, I enjoy rock music, sports (especially basketball) and also Art and History.
