實驗室簡介 Simple Introduction of the Lab
本實驗室致力於結合實驗技術與生物資訊分析,來探討生物體內複雜的調控機制,特別聚焦於癌症的病變過程以及幹細胞所分泌之外泌體在疾病進程中的角色。我們希望透過跨領域的研究方法,釐清重要的分子路徑、鑑別關鍵基因,並發展可應用於疾病預測與治療的新策略。
Our laboratory is committed to combining experimental techniques (wet bench) and bioinformatics analysis (dry bench) to explore the complex regulatory mechanisms in organisms, with a particular focus on the pathological process of cancer and the role of exosomes secreted by stem cells in the disease process. We hope to clarify important molecular pathways, identify key genes, and develop new strategies that can be applied to disease prediction and treatment through cross-disciplinary research methods.
研究方向簡介 Our Interests
本實驗室專注於癌症基因體學、多組學分析與幹細胞生物學等領域,致力於探討疾病相關的調控機制與分子標記。研究方向聚焦在胰臟癌基因組變異分析、大腸息肉癌變風險預測、中心粒蛋白在癌症發展過程中的功能、間質幹細胞的分離與培養與外泌體研究等,為轉譯醫學研究提供重要基礎。
在應用層面上,本實驗室亦投入於基因檢測試劑與診斷工具的開發,期望促進臨床早期預警技術之發展,強化個人化醫療的可行性。我們積極與研究單位和生技產業界合作,推動研究成果的實際應用與轉譯,培養具產業實戰能力的研究人才。
This laboratory focuses on the fields of cancer genomics, multi-omics analysis and stem cell biology, and is committed to exploring disease-related regulatory mechanisms and molecular markers. The research focuses on genomic variation analysis of pancreatic cancer, risk prediction of colorectal polyps, the function of centriole proteins in the development of cancer, isolation and culture of mesenchymal stem cells and exosome research, etc., providing an important foundation for translational medical research.
At the application level, this laboratory is also invested in the development of genetic testing reagents and diagnostic tools, hoping to promote the development of clinical early warning technology and enhance the feasibility of personalized medicine. We actively cooperate with research institutions and the biotechnology industry to promote the practical application and translation of research results and cultivate research talents with industrial practical capabilities.

本實驗室強調跨領域合作精神,成員來自生物、醫學等不同背景,透過共享知識與技術,創造互補式的學術環境。未來,我們將持續擴展在癌症預測模型、幹細胞生物學、與疾病診斷平台等方面的研究能量,並以實證為基礎推動臺灣在精準醫療與生物科技上的國際影響力。
This laboratory emphasizes the spirit of cross-disciplinary cooperation. Members come from different backgrounds such as biology and medicine. By sharing knowledge and technology, we create a complementary academic environment. In the future, we will continue to expand our research capabilities in cancer prediction models, stem cell biology, and disease diagnosis platforms, and promote Taiwan's international influence in precision medicine and biotechnology based on evidence.
