Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the PrayFlow – Daily Prayer & Bible app (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
OVERVIEW
PrayFlow – Daily Prayer & Bible (“PrayFlow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides guided prayers, Bible content, and related tools to help you build a daily prayer habit. These Terms govern your access to and use of the App and any related services we provide.
ELIGIBILITY
You may use the App only if:
You are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country), and
You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
ACCOUNT & SECURITY
3.1 Account creation
Some features may require you to create an account or sign in (for example, to sync data across devices or manage your subscription). You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3.2 Responsibility for your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you should change your password and contact us as soon as possible.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS
4.1 In‑app purchases
PrayFlow may offer paid subscriptions or one‑time purchases (“Subscriptions”) via Apple’s App Store. All payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple, not directly by us.
4.2 Free trials
We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your Subscription will automatically renew at the selected plan’s price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends in your Apple ID settings.
4.3 Automatic renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel your Subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your Subscription.
4.4 Pricing changes
We may change our prices in the future. If we do, we will notify you through the App Store or the App where required. Any price changes will apply to the next billing period and never retroactively.
LICENSE & ACCEPTABLE USE
5.1 License to you
We grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non‑commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store rules.
5.2 You agree NOT to:
Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code, except where law explicitly allows it.
Use the App for any illegal or harmful purpose.
Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security or technical protection in the App.
Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or overburden our services or infrastructure.
CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Our content
All content in the App, including text, graphics, artwork, logos, icons, and designs (the “Content”) is owned by PrayFlow or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit the Content except as necessary to use the App as intended.
6.2 Your content
If the App allows you to create notes, prayers, or other user‑generated content (“User Content”), you retain ownership of that content. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non‑exclusive, worldwide license to store and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the App.
HEALTH, SPIRITUAL & DISCLAIMER
7.1 No professional advice
PrayFlow provides spiritual and faith‑based content for informational and devotional purposes only. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. Always seek appropriate professional help for mental health, medical, or emergency situations.
7.2 No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee any specific spiritual, emotional, or life outcome from using the App. Your experience may vary.
PRIVACY
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please read it carefully. By using the App, you agree to our handling of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
