PrayFirst (“PrayFirst,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a prayer and digital-wellness app designed to help you begin your day with prayer before accessing selected distracting apps.
PrayFirst does not collect personal information from your device or transmit it to our servers. The app does not require you to create an account.
Information you may enter or configure in the app, such as your name, prayer preferences, morning schedule, selected apps, and optional reflections, is used locally on your device to provide the app’s functionality. This information is not transmitted to PrayFirst or stored on our servers.
PrayFirst uses Apple’s Screen Time and Family Controls frameworks to allow you to select apps and schedule temporary protection of those apps while you complete your prayer routine.
PrayFirst does not receive, collect, or transmit your selected-app information, Screen Time information, or device-usage information to our servers. Apple’s operating system controls access to these protected resources and displays the relevant permission prompts.
PrayFirst does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers, analytics providers, data brokers, or other third parties.
PrayFirst does not use third-party advertising networks or third-party analytics services to collect information about your use of the app.
The initial version of PrayFirst is designed to provide its core prayer and Scripture experience without requiring an online account or cloud service. Scripture content included in the app is provided for the app’s reading experience.
Because PrayFirst does not transmit your local app data to our servers, we do not maintain a server-side copy of that data. Local information can be removed by deleting the app from your device. You can also manage the permissions granted to PrayFirst through iOS Settings.
PrayFirst is not directed specifically to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s privacy practices change or when necessary to reflect legal or platform requirements. The updated policy will be posted at the same public URL and will include a revised effective date.
