Terms of Use for Prattle

By creating an account on Prattle, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Age Requirement

Prattle is strictly for users aged 18 and older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Prattle respectfully and lawfully. The following are strictly prohibited:

- Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any kind

- Hate speech, slurs, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or disability

- Sexually explicit or pornographic content

- Spam, scams, phishing, or commercial solicitation

- Impersonation of other individuals

- Sharing of personal information of others without consent

- Any content that is illegal under applicable law

- Any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Zero Tolerance Policy

Prattle has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Any user found violating these terms will be permanently banned and, where applicable, reported to the appropriate authorities (including NCMEC or local law enforcement).

Content Moderation

Prattle employs content filtering and user reporting to maintain a safe community. All users can block and report abusive users directly within the app. Reports are reviewed and actioned within 24 hours, which may

include content removal and permanent account suspension.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

Prattle is provided "as is." We are not responsible for user-generated content. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Request Account & Data Deletion for Prattle

You can delete your account and all associated data directly inside the app:

Open Prattle
Go to Profile -> Settings
Tap Delete Account and confirm

If you no longer have the app installed or prefer to request deletion another way, email us at: felcor@gmail.com

Please include the email address tied to your account.

We will process your deletion request within 30 days.

Child Safety Standards for Prattle

Prattle is strictly for users 18 and older. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

We explicitly prohibit:

Any content, messaging, images, or behavior involving minors (under 18)
Grooming, solicitation, or any form of child exploitation
Sharing or requesting CSAM in any form

Any user found violating these standards will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities (including NCMEC or local law enforcement).
