Welcome to my personal website! I am currently an Assistant Project Scientist in the Marshall Lab at UC Berkeley, where I focus on developing mathematical models and computational tools for the genetic control of mosquito vectors and the diseases they transmit. Previously, I had worked as a Postdoc at the Helmholtz Institute for Functional Marine Biodiversity at the University of Oldenburg (HIFMB) and the Max Planck Institute for Evolutionary Biology.Â
I am deeply motivated by current societal issues and find great joy and purpose in applying my skills in physics, mathematics, and programming to solve problems pertaining to the spread and evolution of genetic, phenotypic, or social traits in the population.
When I'm not working, I enjoy listening to podcasts, reading, programming, or meditating. Thank you for visiting my website, and I invite you to explore more about my research and interests.
