Hi, I’m Prateek Sarangi, a PhD Scholar at the Department of Data Science & Engineering, Indian Institute of Science and Research, Bhopal.

Currently, I work under the supervision of Dr Tanmay Basu at the Biomedical Data Science Lab, IISER Bhopal.

I work at the intersection of medical imaging, deep learning, and high-performance computing, with experience spanning AI-driven healthcare, video analytics, and secure model deployment.

With 3+ years of industry and research experience, my work includes developing robust deep learning pipelines, optimising AI systems for real-world deployment, and leading projects in uncertainty quantification, computer vision, and AI-based medical diagnostics.

I’m passionate about building intelligent, reliable, and secure ML systems that bridge the gap between research and real-world applications.
