Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Slides mobile application (the "App") operated by Gamma Creations LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Slides is an AI-powered presentation creation application that allows users to generate, edit, export, and share presentation slides using artificial intelligence. Features include, but are not limited to:

• AI-generated slide decks from user-provided prompts or content

• Smart layout and design suggestions

• Export to PowerPoint, PDF, and Google Slides formats

• Real-time collaboration with other users

• Subscription-based access to premium features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Keep your password secure and confidential

• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

• Notify us immediately at gammacreationsllc@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

a) Free Tier

The App offers a free tier with limited features. No payment information is required to use the free tier.

b) Paid Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your App Store account for the applicable subscription fee.

c) Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device's Subscription Settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not offer refunds directly for subscription fees.

d) Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the paid service after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the new amount.

5. User Content

a) Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or input into the App, including text, data, and presentations ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

b) License to Us

By submitting User Content to the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account.

c) Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content

• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

• Your User Content does not violate any applicable law or regulation

• Your User Content does not contain any harmful, offensive, or misleading material

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the App without our written permission

• Use the App to generate spam, phishing content, or deceptive materials

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or its AI components

• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions, without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

a) Our Property

The App, including its design, features, AI models, underlying technology, and all associated content (excluding User Content), is owned by Gamma Creations LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

b) Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free license to use and incorporate that feedback into the App without any obligation to you.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate presentation content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use

• We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose

• AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or medical advice

9. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at any time by contacting us at

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, including Apple Sign In, payment processors, cloud storage providers, and AI model providers. These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that the results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GAMMA CREATIONS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gamma Creations LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the App; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
