SUBJECT: REVIEW OF PENDING PARLIAMENTARY BILLS

In our collective interest to expedite the passage of priority legislations, the undersigned is cordially requesting the Officers of the Judicial Assembly to expedite the review of pending parliamentary bills and submit an update regarding the status thereof to the Parliamentary Assembly, to wit:

Let copies of this Order be published in the Official Gazette and other official platforms of the organization.

This Special Order shall take effect immediately.

Issued on the 05th day of January 2023 in Davao City, Philippines

¹ This Order shall remain valid until superseded by a subsequent Special Order or an intervening event which renders compliance therewith implausible. Likewise, this Order automatically ceases upon full compliance by the appropriate Organ or Committee of the Parliament.
