SUBJECT: PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF A LEGISLATIVE CALENDAR OF PRIORITIES FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER

To ensure that the legislative priorities of the Parliament for this academic year will be discussed and approved by the Parliamentary Assembly, the undersigned hereby directs the Officers of the Secretariat to prepare and submit a Legislative Calendar of Priorities for the Second Semester of the Academic Year 2022-2023 to the Office of the Prime Minister within three (3) days upon receipt hereof.

The said calendar will contain the tentative dates of the plenary sessions to discuss and approve the parliamentary bills into ordinances. The Legislative Calendar of Priorities is different from the Calendar of Activities of the Parliament since the former is intended for the sessions of the Parliamentary Assembly while the latter is for the activities of the Parliamentary League of Students in Politics.

Let copies of this Order be published in the Official Gazette and other official platforms of the organization.

This Special Order shall take effect immediately.

Issued on the 05th day of January 2023 in Davao City, Philippines.

¹ This Order shall remain valid until superseded by a subsequent Special Order or an intervening event which renders compliance therewith implausible. Likewise, this Order automatically ceases upon full compliance by the appropriate Organ or Committee of the Parliament.
