Subject : PASSAGE OF THE CODE OF INTERNAL PROCEDURES AND JUDICIAL RULES

Pursuant to Section 5 (5.1), Article IX, Chapter I of the 2021 Constitution of the Parliamentary League of Students in Politics which pertinently provides that the Judicial Assembly, sitting en banc, shall adopt its Code of Internal Procedures and Judicial Rules.

In the exigency of service and in the interest of time, the undersigned cordially reminds the officers of the Judicial Assembly to pass and enact the Code of Internal Procedures and Judicial Rules.

Please be advised that this memorandum is issued not to interfere with the independence and internal processes of the Judicial Assembly, but to remind its officers of their indispensable role in the realization of our reform agenda.
