Subject : REVIEW OF PARLIAMENTARY BILL NO. 04-2022-2023 OR THE CODE OF ETHICS OF THE PARLIAMENTARY LEAGUE OF STUDENTS IN POLITICS

During the First General Assembly of the Parliamentary League of Students in Politics (P-POL) on 25 August 2022 via Google Meet, the undersigned reiterated to the Standing Committees to enact the legislative priorities of our organization for the Academic Year 2022-2023.

In compliance with the reminder, the Committee on Ethics and Discipline convened to draft Parliamentary Bill No. 04-2022-2023 or the Code of Ethics of the P-POL and transmitted the tentative draft thereof to the Judicial Assembly, for review and consideration, in accordance with the legislative process of the Parliament under the 2021 Constitution of the Parliamentary League of Students in Politics.

In the exigency of service and in the interest of time, the undersigned cordially reminds the officers of the Judicial Assembly to review with urgency Parliamentary Bill No. 04-2022-2023 or the Code of Ethics of the P-POL to ensure its timely and prompt enactment.

Please be advised that this memorandum is issued not to interfere with the independence and internal processes of the Judicial Assembly, but to remind its officers of their indispensable role in the realization of our reform agenda.
