College athletic recruiting is a complex process

Families can spend countless hours scouring the Internet and self-help books for advice on how to get recruited. But between school, practices, work and other extracurricular activities, it’s tough to find the time to do the research and piece it all together.

To save families time and energy, we’ve created the College Recruiting Guide. Here, we’ve laid out all the steps your family needs to take to successfully navigate the recruiting process. With advice from current and former college coaches and athletes, we’ve provided the basics, as well as insider tips that only come from years of recruiting experience.

I joined NCSA in 2019 and have never been more excited to use my experience coaching young athletes to help them continue their athletic and academic careers at the collegiate level. My family's personal experience with NCSA was exceptional, resulting in our son Wyatt being offered an Athletic Scholarship to continue his academic and athletic career at the D1 level. I have been involved as a High School Coach for over 25 years. Outside of coaching athletics and prior to working at NCSA, I worked in the private sector for 26 years. When the opportunity presented itself to join the NCSA Team I jumped on it. I am passionate about athletics but more importantly helping families and athletes achieve their dreams beyond high school. Working with teammates at NCSA that have the same values and goals is a very rewarding experience. I look forward to the opportunity that every day provides and every individual I come across with hopes that I may be able to impact their lives in a positive way.
