The Pilot Club of Palatka is offering a $1000.00 scholarship for the upcoming College School Year to a Putnam County Student that is a member of the Anchor Club.  The scholarship may be used at a college of your choice.  

1. Student must have a 3.0 GPA.

2. Student must be enrolled in a college or university for the upcoming summer or fall term.

3. Student must be a resident of Putnam County.

4. Student’s field of study must be related to one or all of the missions of the Pilot Club: to prepare youth & young adults for service, to encourage brain safety & health, to support those who care for others.

The application must be complete & submitted electronically or postmarked by application deadline.  It must include the following:

1. Completed application: Sections A-G

2. Official copy of the applicant’s recently attended school transcript. Note: request from guidance as soon as possible. Can be sent electronically to above email address.

3. All essays mentioned in application, using separate sheets, identified with letter, number.

4. Two letters of Recommendation (G) - include author’s title, how author knows applicant & how long author has known applicant.
