• Personal Information: When you sign up, we collect your name and email address and assign a unique User ID. Your data is not used for tracking purposes, the only purpose is app functionality.

• Content Data: Audio files you record or upload, along with the resulting Speech-To-Text conversions and LLM-based notes, are stored to provide our services. This type of data is not used for tracking purposes, the only purpose is app functionality (Making sure the app works and the outcome is good quality.

• Usage Data: Once you login in we set a User ID and Device ID, and we track subscription state (Free or Paid user), and Crash data and diagnostics to identify crashed and issues and fix then fast.

2. Data Usage

Oralo helps you record or import audio and video files, transcribe them instantly, and apply AI tools like:

• Translation

• Bullet Point Extraction

• Paraphrasing

We do not use your data to train AI models or for any marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

Your files and transcripts "Everything" are stored on the clould an linked to your account only. You have full control over your data.
Once you delete a recording, transcription, or imported file, it is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. We cannot help restore deleted files or deleted accounts.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will inform you within the app. By continuing to use Oralo after updates, you accept the revised policy.
