Power House Fitness is rebranding and revitalizing the longest running gym in the Oak Grove area.
We have much to offer you in your health and fitness journey and we hope you'll join us! We have a little bit of everything for everyone.

Build, sculpt, work your muscles with our free weights selection. We are unique in that we offer dumbbells that go from 1# to 120#!
We have squat racks, bench press, lat pulls, row machine, chest press, pin-loaded machines, cable pulley, GHD, hack squats, and much more. Everything you need to meet your individual fitness goals.

Cardio
Heart health is an important part of fitness and we have you covered.
Come workout on our treadmill, ellipticals, Concept 2 Rower, and recumbent bike.
Core and Flexibility
Core and Flexibility
Our mat provides plenty of room to do your core routine or a place to improve your flexibility. We have body weight sit up machines as well. Add variation and progression with stability balls, medicine balls, and kettlebells.

If you pay for a full year in advance, you'll receive a discount of 10% off total price of the contract chosen.
First Responder/Military Membership Price Plans
That includes nurses, clinical workers, firemen, law enforcement, military, & EMT’s!
$25/month +tax 1 year contract FOR ALL FIRST RESPONDERS With 1 year contract.
$45/month+tax for First Responder’s Family membership 1 year contract (covers anyone living in responder’s household up to 3 people).
Membership Pricing Plans
$40/month+tax with a one year contract for a SINGLE MEMBERSHIP
$50/month+tax with a one year contract for 2 family members
$65/month+tax with a one year contract for a 3 person Family membership
$90/month+tax with a one year contract for a 4-5 person family membership
*if you need to use a card, you will text with email and membership you would like to 3182997607 for a link to the membership. Membership price will include a rounded 3.99% fee added to above pricing.
