Early AM Class Descriptions

Dynamic Total Body Strength

This class is the perfect way to get an all over workout in a low impact environment. We will focus on toning with an emphasis on large muscle groups. Using bands, dumbbells, body weight and everything in between – we will work so that everyone leaves with a total body burn out. The addition of dynamic cardio circuits works the muscle in a way that increases strength, power, and flexibility.

Run Strong

This class is designed to increase stamina and endurance with a specific focus on running strong. Each class begins with strength and core exercises designed to build the powerhouse that fuels a solid run. The remainder of the class metes on the track to work on specific running programs. This class is for all level of runners from the seasoned runner to the very beginner as the workouts are designed to be implemented at YOUR level. This class will increase your overall endurance and leave you feeling stronger after each workout.

PiYo

This class combines muscle-sculpting and core-firming Pilates moves with the strength and flexibility of yoga. The combination of strength training and non-stop fluid movement will increase strength and flexibility for a total body strength training effect. Sections of dynamic low impact cardio are included to increase the heart rate and simulate interval training.

Boot Camp X

This class is a total body workout consisting of plyometric, cardio, and strength training exercises. The core of the workout will be circuit training with a combination of strength training and cardio for maximum results. Each class the workout will be different but will always work every major muscle group and increase the heart rate for awesome after class burn. Workouts may involve push ups, squat jumps, burpees and sprints. The workouts are designed so that each person sees their strength and cardiovascular endurance increase week after week.

Cardio Kickboxing

This class is an excellent way to work on cardiovascular endurance. We will be getting in a total body workout while keeping the heart rate elevated. This workout will not disappoint and will leave you sweating and feeling strong. The workout will consist of plyometric (jumping) moves combined with high intensity kicking and punching. The music is upbeat, the environment is fun, and the workout is designed to increase cardio endurance.

Total Body Strength & Conditioning

This class is a total body workout. The core of the workout will be circuit training with a combination of strength training and cardio for maximum results. Each class the workout will be different but will always work every major muscle group and increase the heart rate for awesome after class burn. The workouts are designed so that each person sees their strength increase week after week.

Mid Morning Class Descriptions

Yoga for Strength & Flexibility

This yoga practice will focus on marrying the breath to movement and movement to breath through flowing sequences, deep stretches, and relaxing restorative poses. You will leave relaxed and ready to take on the challenges ahead of you!

Barre

This class has a strong focus on strengthening and toning using postures that are typically inspired by ballet. The moves are designed to be isometric in nature – meaning that each move is held for a longer time to build muscular endurance through contraction. Our Barre class will be high intensity, low impact – the workout will challenge the body but will not involve any plyometrics or jumping that can cause stress on the joints. After 45 minutes you will leave feeling strong and empowered and ready to conquer the day!

Cardio Dance

When you dance you don’t sweat - you sparkle! This class will incorporate easy-to-follow dance moves into a fun and dynamic workout designed to tone and sculpt your body while increasing your cardiovascular endurance. Joins us for a workout that feels like a party that will raise both your mood and your heart rate.

Pilates Plus

This mat pilates inspired format combines low impact cardio, strength training and flexibility into one powerfull low-impact workout. Pilates Plus offers a platform for every body and fitness level with options provided for those just starting their fitness journey to those looking for a new challenge. The workout will strengthen your core with a focus on powerhouse muscles while also ensuring a total body strength and stretch. Combine that strength work with low impact cardio components for an effective 45 minute of fitness.
