Augmented Reality Islands

Project with the Cook Islands Climate Change Office as part of the Global Climate Fund to produce Augmented Reality maps of each of the islands of the Cook Islands as Climate change Digital readiness tools. 

Made using Unity and Blender technology, and utilising mewly acquired, embargoed LiDar data of the Cook Islands each map can travel to climate negotiations and conferences anywhere in the world, is sharable and will last online free from the immediate threats of climate change and weather events in the Cook Islands. 

This project is currently still underway and will be complete at the end of 2024. All of the assets will be for Government use only however, I can share a first test of the concept and how it would work in the attached youtube video.
