Chausson Motorhome drop down bed rail insert.
Insert for the dropdown bed guide rail. As per the original this item is attached to the side of the bed via two screws. Re-engineered design significantly stronger and more durable than the original part. Direct replacement that fits exactly the same way as the original item, no drilling holes etc.

Replacement gear for Lippert drop down bed motors fitted to Chausson motorhomes and others. Redesigned to be stronger than original.
This gear resides in the grey housing as shown and is the one that slides on the motor drive shaft.

BCM ( Body Control Module ) cover for Ford Transit based vehicles. ( UK right hand drive vehicles )
Covers to protect BCM from water damage.
Many people have reported water damage on the BCM, a good proportion of this is from water drips from above. Any water caught is safely directly away and down into the foot well with this cover. As seen by many, a lot of condensation runs off the inside of the windscreen into the dash which can create a humid environment within the dash where condensation can form as moisture evaporates and comes into contact with cold surfaces.
Ingress into the BCM can also be caused by water tracking along the wiring harness from other areas, the cover will not stop this type of ingress.
To fit the BCM cover you'll need to remove some dashboard panels, not a hard job, full instructions supplied - takes about 10 to 15 mins to remove the panels which are mostly just push on. Removing panels isn't for everyone so take a look at the instructions first.
As its not an official Ford part, its fitting and use is entirely your own risk - I have fitted it to my vehicle as im not prepared to risk water dripping onto the bcm. I still recommend using an external cover as there's a lot of components in the dash - the drier the better.

Water ingress protection cover for Ford Transit electrical connectors. (Ford MK7,8,9 style cabs)
Flexible splash cover to protect the Ford electrical connector that is located directly under the water scuttle on the near side of the engine bay.
Designed specifically for the Ford transit plug. Underside of cover is open to ensure no condensation or water build-up.

Adds extra security to prevent the habitation door from opening by blocking the mechanism, these simply slot over the mechanism when the door is closed.
Produced from high visibility strong 3d material so you wont loose them and also see that they are in place.

Corner trim for Swift and Bessacarr motorhomes - Pair
Replacement corner trims to replace old decaying original items (as shown in pic). 3d produced using weather resistant and UV stable material specifically suitable for vehicle exteriors. Available in two colours, gloss white (specific colour code is RAL9003), and a light grey/silver with glossed metallic finish.
As per the original items, these trims are attached to the motorhome using a sealant. Sealant not included.

Chausson net curtain retainer
Retaining clips to keep the net curtain neatly tucked up and clear from the window as often the original fitted magnet arrangement is not strong enough.
Using removable "3M Command Strips" the clips are positioned on the plastic window surround, one at each of the top corners.

Note the 3M Command strip is not included, these are readily available. You'll need two of the medium size strips.
Mounting brackets for door stays
Mounting brackets to fix door retainer stays to the large mirror wardrobe doors in the Chausson 640, 630 and other models. 3D produced using strong ASA material with a light grey/silver finish, these backets provide a firm mount and are easy to fix and combined with the door stays they solve the problem of the large wardrobe doors moving when your parked slightly off level.
They are supplied with M4 nuts, washers, bolts and screws. Brackets easily fitted and do not show when the wardrobe doors are closed.

Habitation door handle screw blanking caps. Pair.
Replacement blanking caps for door handles fitted to Chausson motorhomes, 3D printed.
The original caps are pressed in and very awkward to remove without damaging the actual plastic. These replacements lightly push in and can be secured with a small dab of silicon on the back. Colour is grey/silver which is slightly different from the actual handle but a close match - see pics.
Supplied as pair consisting of one cap for each end of the handle.

For motorhomes where there is the recessed track in the wall (as per pic). Shelf is designed to take small items such as spice jars etc. Rack is supplied within integral twist locks to attach to the kitchen wall track.

Set of four circular blanking caps for the the Fiamma mouldings as fitted to many motorhomes. Set comprises of two pairs of caps: two large caps and two slightly smaller ones as per the pictures. Caps are a push fit and clip in.
Ideal if you have missing caps as Fiamma only seem to sell complete covers units and not just the caps.
