Seedhi wall ke saath khade ho jao.
Heels wall ko lightly touch karein
Glutes (hips), upper back aur head wall ko touch karein
Arms relaxed side me ho
2. Ab check karo:
Kya tumhara lower back aur wall ke beech 1 haath ki jagah hai? (Normal)
Kya chin forward jhuk raha hai ya chest collapse ho rahi hai?
Kya ek shoulder ya hip wall se door lag raha hai?
3. Breathing check karo:
Deep breathe lo. Kya tumhara chest ya ribs sahi se expand ho rahe hain?
4. 3 wall slides karo:
Arms ko wall ke against slide karo upar ki taraf aur wapas neeche laao
Observe karo: arms wall se hat to nahi rahe?

1. Wall Angels – 10 reps
Wall ke against khade ho kar arms ko upar-neech le jao
Elbows aur wrists wall ko touch karein
2. Chin Tucks – 10 reps
Head wall pe, chin ko gently andar kheencho
Neck ko lamba feel karo
3. Glute Squeeze Standing – 15 reps
Wall pe khade hokar glutes ko contract karo
Pelvis neutral rakho
