GOAL: Aapke head ko dobara neutral alignment me lana.
1. Ek wall ke against seedhe khade ho jaaiye.
2. Dono heel, hip, upper back aur head wall ko touch karna chahiye.
3. Agar aapka head naturally wall ko touch nahi karta — to gently usse wall ki taraf push karein bina neck ko stress diye.
4. 5 second tak rukiye, fir relax karke dobara kariye.
