Khud ko ek full-length mirror ke saamne khade hokar observe karo:

🔹 Shoulder alignment: Kya dono shoulders barabar height par hain?

Back se wall ke against khade ho jao:
Heels, hips, shoulder blades, aur head wall ko touch karna chahiye.
Ab check karo:
Kya lower back aur wall ke beech 1 haath jaata hai? (Normal)
Agar bahut space hai – toh excessive lumbar lordosis.
Agar zero space hai – toh flat back posture.
