1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
We only collect the absolute minimum data necessary to provide our core AI design generation service:
- User-Provided Prompts: We collect the text descriptions (prompts) you type into the App and the visual design styles you select to generate your shop posters or flyers.
- Anonymous App Identifiers: We use anonymous, randomized installation IDs to manage your credits and in-app purchases. We DO NOT collect your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.
- We DO NOT read, scan, upload, or modify your existing photo library. Photo library access is requested locally on your device ONLY if you explicitly choose to save a generated image to your camera roll.
2. HOW WE COLLECT THAT DATA
- Text prompts and style selections are collected only when you actively type them into the text box and tap the "Generate" button.
- Purchase and subscription data are handled securely via Apple’s in-app purchase system (App Store) and verified anonymously through RevenueCat.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
The text prompts and style selections you provide are used for one single purpose:
- To generate the specific shop poster, flyer, or business menu image you requested.
We do not use your text prompts or generated images to train our own models, nor do we sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
4. SHARING DATA WITH THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES
To generate high-quality AI images from your text prompts, our App relies on external, secure third-party AI service providers.
Before any data is transmitted, the App clearly notifies you and requires your explicit consent. Once you consent, your text prompts are shared with the following providers:
- OpenAI, L.L.C. (API): Used strictly to enhance, structure, and translate your text prompts for better image generation.
- Replicate, Inc. / Black Forest Labs: Used strictly to render and generate the actual image based on your enhanced text prompt.
- Supabase, Inc.: Used as our secure backend infrastructure to route your request to the AI providers.
Confirmation of Equal Protection: We confirm that the third-party services listed above (OpenAI, Replicate, and Supabase) provide the same or equal protection of your user data as stated in this Privacy Policy. These providers act as data processors on our behalf. They are bound by strict enterprise agreements and do not use your text prompts submitted through their APIs to train their public AI models, nor do they share your data with unauthorized third parties.
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your text prompts and the generated images are processed momentarily to deliver the result to your device. We do not maintain a permanent server-side database of your generated images. Once the generated image is delivered to your device, it is your responsibility to save it. You can delete the App at any time, which will remove all locally stored data on your device.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
7. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
