My responsibilities within the project were:
● Evaluate the pre-existing game and propose visual and gameplay improvements;
● Manage the tight budget for the game, proposing ideas to optimize time and resources;
● Manage a team of 5 artists;
● Organize project tasks;
● Validate art production daily;
● Research and produce the environment with a 3D artist;
