Not released yet. I've worked mainly as art director, art manager and 3D artist. My responsibilities within the project were:
● Create all artistic documentation and present them to clients;
● Assemble the entire art guide for the art team and implementation guide for programming;
● Do all the visual part of the mechanics with the GD;
● Manage a team of up to 30 people, including 2D, 3D, Animation and UI artists;
● Organize project tasks and delegate them to the right people;
● Validate art production daily;
● Design the characters and scenarios together with 3D artists, working with them or giving feedback.
● Create the character customization system and the guide on how they should be modeled in 3D so that the mechanics work.
