I am passionate about continuous improvement, project management, and data analysis. I enjoy being able to share personal, professional experiences with students to demonstrate the connections between learning and real-world experience. I have strong communication skills with the ability to relate to, and interact with, students in a virtual setting. I am skilled with use of various technologies to facilitate and enhance online learning, and able to quickly learn and adapt to new and changing technology.
"Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn." -Benjamin Franklin
I truly enjoy continuous eduction. I believe that the most effective on-line courses are ones where everyone interacts and provides insight, and where the instructor provides sincere feedback on assignments. I strive to engage in weekly discussions -- sometimes that may be me posing an additional question, giving a real-life scenario, or by genuinely responding to a post. I also provide detailed, meaningful feedback on assignments. We can all learn from each other's experiences and insights, so I look forward to learning with my students.

"The professor in the course provided great assignments and insights on everything turned in. Someone whom understands the material and demonstrates a willingness to help and answer any questions. One of the biggest strengths is that she completely understands what it is like to be an older student, work full time, taking class and adding anything additional onto that list by keeping the assignments straightforward and not overwhelming. Something that many of my professors need to take note that while your classes comprise of both newly high school graduates it is not everyone in your classes. Also opening up the weeks a little early also was a major help in keeping ahead when I had free time to work on the material. Lastly she understands that time tests do not measure your knowledge of the material and puts additional stress and can limit students to get good grades as they are rushing through an exam or quiz"
