  • COMPAGNY DESCRIPTION

Chouette Impact is an ecology-based team building agency created in 2020 by Marion Delalande. Founded on strong values of environmental preservation, social commitment and with a focus on raising awareness of ecology and sustainable development through fun and educational experiences.

The company aims to convey key messages on current environmental issues through the power of play. To achieve this, Chouette Impact offers a wide range of fun activities.

The company has 3 different formats: 
- Escapes games
- Games and challenges with Olympiads or treasure hunts
- And finally, themed workshops.

  • CONTRIBUTION

    My main role during my work-study was to create an escape game from the concept to the final production, animate some events (Game Master) and design other ludic activities while respecting the company's ideology.

Escape game - "Dans les pas de Félicie"

One of the major priorities was to integrate educative and sensitizing elements into the escape game. We organized playtests three weeks after the start of production to observe how players reacted and adapt our puzzles accordingly. This feedback stage was crucial in fine-tuning the game's mechanics and ensuring that the educational messages were conveyed effectively, while retaining the fun aspect of the experience.

As the aim of this escape game is to raise players' awareness of various ecological issues, we had to design the puzzles with two questions in mind.

Treasure Hunt

I have to make a customized treasure hunt for the compagny "Fives" in Paris.
This mission consist to :
- Have a research phase about the client
- Create the questions link about the history of their compagny  or about ecology
- Go on site to determine the time needed to complete the game and its pace
- Create the path
- And finally create the document they have to complete

Quick Puzzle

  • Decomposition enigma

The purpose of this enigma is to raise awareness of the degradation time of everyday waste. 

To solve the puzzle, players have to place the right waste in front of the right degradation time. 


As the puzzle is part of the "Rallye dechet" activity, it has been designed in such a way that the presence of the animator is essential. 

So, once the participants think they've placed the waste correctly, they ask the animator to check. 

If they get it right, they win, but if they get it wrong, they have to start again.

  • Enigma about the composition of a Frenchman's garbage can


The goal of this puzzle is to raise awareness of the type of waste that the French throw away when it could be recycled.

To do this, players have to go through several stages: 

  • First, find the composition of a Frenchman's garbage can by correctly placing the "waste" labels according to the % marked on the garbage can.


  • Once you've done that, keep only what can't be recycled and combine the percentage figures to obtain the padlock code.
