Pop and Snap ("the app") is made by Adam Eckermann, an independent developer in South Australia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app uses, why, and who it is shared with.
There are no accounts or sign-ups, and we never ask for your name, email address or any other personal details.
Your scores, game progress and settings stay on your device.
The app shows ads from Google AdMob. They are set up for a family audience: no personalised (interest-based) ads, no tracking across other apps, and only ads rated suitable for general audiences (G).
An optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase is handled by Apple or Google, and confirmed through a service called RevenueCat. We never see your payment details.
The app saves your best scores, game progress, settings (sound, music and vibration) and whether you have bought Remove Ads on your own device. This information is not sent to us, and it is deleted when you delete the app.
The free version of Pop and Snap shows a short full-screen ad between some levels (at most one every few minutes). It also offers an optional ad you can choose to watch to get an extra life.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob. We have set up AdMob so that:
every ad request is marked as child-directed and for users under the age of consent
only non-personalised ads are shown, so ads are not based on your interests or past activity
ads are limited to content rated G (general audiences)
the app does not ask for permission to track you, and does not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) for tracking
To show an ad, count how often it is shown, measure performance, and prevent fraud, Google's ad service may receive limited technical information from your device. This includes:
the device type and operating system
an approximate location worked out from your IP address
the app's identifier
whether an ad was shown or tapped
basic diagnostic data

Tapping an ad may open a web page or an app store page outside Pop and Snap.
If you buy Remove Ads, the between-level ads stop and extra lives are free (no ad needed).
Pop and Snap offers one optional, one-time purchase: Remove Ads. There are no subscriptions.
Payment is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never see or receive your payment details.
To confirm and restore purchases, the app uses RevenueCat, a purchase-management service. RevenueCat receives:
a random, anonymous app user ID created on your device
your purchase record from Apple or Google
basic device information, such as the operating system and app version, and your IP address
It does not receive your name, email address or payment details. RevenueCat's privacy policy is at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location.
We do not sell your information.
We do not use your information to build a profile of you or to show you personalised ads.
The app has no chat, social features or user accounts.
Pop and Snap is designed to be suitable for children. Because children may play, the ads are child-directed, non-personalised and limited to G-rated content (see above). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe information about your child has been collected, contact us using the details below and we will help.
Information on your device is deleted when you delete the app.
Information held by Google or RevenueCat is kept under their own policies.
Because we don't hold any personal information ourselves, there is no account for us to delete. We will still help with any request; just contact us.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the Australian Privacy Act, the GDPR in Europe or COPPA in the United States), you may have rights to ask about, correct or delete personal information. Contact us and we will help, including passing your request to Google or RevenueCat where needed.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
