Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how our application (the "App") collects, uses, transmits, and protects your data, in strict compliance with Apple's App Store Guidelines 5.1.1(i) (Data Collection and Storage) and 5.1.2(i) (Data Use and Sharing).
By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

## 1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
The App is designed to minimize data collection. We **do not** require you to create an account, and we **do not** collect personal identifiers such as your name, phone number, email address, or physical address.
The only data the App collects and transmits is:
- **Text Prompts:** The text descriptions and design parameters you actively type into the App to generate 3D pool design artwork and landscaping concepts.
- **Usage Data (Analytics/Crash Logs):** Anonymous, non-identifying technical data (e.g., app crash reports) to help us improve app stability, provided you have opted-in via your iOS device settings.
## 2. HOW WE COLLECT DATA
- **Text Prompts:** Collected directly and only when you actively type a description into the prompt box and tap the "Generate" button.
- **Usage Data:** Collected automatically in the background through standard Apple or secure third-party crash reporting tools (only if opted in via your device settings).
## 3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
- **Text Prompts:** Your text prompts are used **exclusively** to generate the visual image (3D render/mockup) you requested. We do not use your prompts for advertising, marketing, or user profiling, nor do we link them to your personal identity.
- **Usage Data:** Used solely for debugging, improving app performance, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
## 4. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH (THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES)
To generate high-quality AI images, your **text prompts** must be processed by external artificial intelligence providers. The App does not perform image generation locally on your device.
The data is sent strictly to the following specific third parties:
1. **OpenAI, LLC:**
- *Purpose:* Your text prompt is sent to OpenAI's API to enhance and optimize the description for better architectural visualization results.
- *Data Shared:* Only the text prompt you provided.
2. **Replicate, Inc. (and Black Forest Labs):**
- *Purpose:* The enhanced text prompt is sent to Replicate's API to render and generate the final 3D image.
- *Data Shared:* Only the enhanced text prompt.
## 5. EQUAL PROTECTION GUARANTEE
We confirm that the third parties we share your data with (OpenAI, LLC and Replicate, Inc.) provide the **same or equal protection of your user data** as stated in this Privacy Policy and as required by Apple's App Store Guidelines. These third parties act strictly as service providers; they process this data securely and transiently solely to fulfill the API request (generating your image). They do not use your text prompts to identify you personally, and standard API policies dictate that such data is not retained for training their public AI models.
## 6. EXPLICIT USER CONSENT
We prioritize your consent. The App will **never** transmit your text prompts to OpenAI or Replicate without first presenting a clear disclosure and obtaining your explicit permission.
Before any data is ever sent, the App presents an in-app "AI Data Notice" consent screen that clearly states what data is collected and who it is being sent to. You must explicitly tap "I Agree & Continue" to grant permission. If you decline, your data will not be collected or sent, though the AI generation feature will not function. You can revoke this permission at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing local application data.
## 7. DATA STORAGE AND DELETION
- **Local Storage:** Generated images, your text prompts, and your design history are saved entirely locally on your device. We do not store your generated images or prompt history on our remote servers.
- **Third-Party Retention:** Our AI partners process the data momentarily via API and purge it within their strict, short timeframes.
- **Your Rights:** Because all generated data is stored locally on your device, you can permanently delete all your data simply by deleting the App from your iOS device or clearing the generated gallery inside the App.
## 8. PHOTOS LIBRARY ACCESS
If you choose to save a generated design to your device's camera roll, the App will request "Add Only" permission to your Photos library.
- The App **only** saves the specific image you selected.
- The App **does not** and **cannot** read, scan, upload, or modify any of your existing personal photos.
## 9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements. Any material changes will be communicated via an update to the App.
