The Shop Manager is the Lead Technician and is responsible for assigning work to Technicians and assuring that work gets completed correctly and timely. As such the Shop Manager can expect to interact mostly with technicians and apprentices by the distribution of work orders, and verification of completed work before work orders are returned to Service Writer. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Assignment of Work to technicians 

• Quality Control 

• Training and Certifications of Shop Personnel 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 10 years experience as ASE Certified Technician 

• Driver's License 

• ASE Master Technician Preferred but not required
