Pomodoro Plus (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data is processed when you use the Pomodoro Plus mobile app.
1. Data We Process
a) Data stored locally on your device
- Task data you create (task title, label)
- Focus session history (duration, time, selected preset, optional task link)
- App preferences (theme, language, sound/vibration, behavior settings, selected preset, unlocked premium presets)
This data is stored locally in the app database and local preferences.
b) Analytics and diagnostics
We use Firebase services:
- Firebase Analytics: app usage events (for example button clicks such as Rate Us / More Apps, app interactions)
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports and technical diagnostics to improve stability
c) Advertising
We use Google AdMob to display ads (banner, interstitial, rewarded, rewarded interstitial, native, app open).
AdMob may process advertising identifiers and technical device/network information according to Google policies.
2. Permissions Used
Pomodoro Plus may request these Android permissions:
- INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: required for ads and Firebase services
- POST_NOTIFICATIONS: to show timer notifications
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE: to run the timer reliably in foreground
- VIBRATE: vibration alerts at phase change
- WAKE_LOCK: keep timing accurate during active timer
3. How We Use Data
- Provide core timer features and session tracking
- Save your preferences and tasks
- Improve app quality and fix crashes
- Show ads and support rewarded ad features
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
Some data is processed by third-party providers used by the app:
- Google AdMob
- Firebase Analytics
- Firebase Crashlytics
5. Data Retention
- Local app data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app.
- Firebase/Google data retention is managed under Google service settings and policies.
6. Children’s Privacy
Pomodoro Plus is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal data, contact us to request deletion.
7. Third-Party Links
The app can open external links (for example More Apps, Privacy Policy, Play Store pages). We are not responsible for third-party content or privacy practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this page with a new “Last updated” date.
