You have watched a documentary about how humans are destroying the planet and how individuals can contribute to solving environmental problems. You have made the following notes:

What can individuals do to contribute to solving environmental problems?

These are some opinions that you may hear when discussing solving environmental problems.

" Recycling is pretty pointless unless everyone does it"

"Campaigning makes a real difference - it makes everyone aware of the issues."

"We all need to save energy - I´ve got solar panels on my roof even though they´re expensive."

Write a essay discussing two of the ideas in your notes. You should explain which idea enables individuals to make the biggest contribution to solving environmental problems, giving reasons in support of you answer.
