PolicyPro Agent360 ("we", "our", or "the App") is an independent utility, CRM, and sales-enablement tool developed to assist life insurance advisors, financial planners, and POSP professionals. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the confidential business information you manage within the application.

100% Offline & Local Data Storage: All customer records, prospect profiles, policy details, reminders, notes, and quotation calculations entered into PolicyPro Agent360 are stored locally and securely on your device's internal encrypted database.
Zero Remote Server Transmission: We do not operate external web servers to upload, harvest, track, or inspect your clients' personal information, policy numbers, or financial figures. Your client book and agency data remain strictly under your physical device's custody.
The app may request the following permissions solely to enable specific core functionalities:
Storage / Photos / Files: Used strictly to export and save PDF proposal quotation reports, download official LIC forms, and save personalized festival posters to your device storage.
Biometric / Fingerprint: Used optionally to secure local app access so that unauthorized individuals cannot open your client register on your device.
Internet Access: Used solely to load advertising via Google AdMob and to fetch dynamic festive greetings or circular updates when online.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements (such as banners and occasional full-screen ads).
Google AdMob may collect and process anonymous technical device data, such as your device identifier (Advertising ID), general approximate location (IP-based), and app diagnostics to serve relevant ads in accordance with Google's advertising policies.

PolicyPro Agent360 is intended strictly for adults and licensed insurance professionals (aged 18 and older). The application does not intentionally collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13.
We value your trust in maintaining your client registry within the App. Because your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data is governed by your device's hardware security, lock screen, and encryption. We recommend keeping your device passcode protected.
