By using Amar Hisab, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
a. User-Provided Data
When you sign up or use the app, we may collect:
Email address (used for login, account creation, password reset)
Income & expense details (amount, category, note, date, time)
Budgets, goals, and savings plans
Notes and reminders
This data is used strictly for providing app features and improving user experience.
b. Automatically Collected Data
We may collect non-personal technical data such as:
Device type, model, operating system version
App version, performance logs, and crash reports
Anonymous analytics data (Firebase Analytics)
Behavior data such as feature usage patterns (to improve the app)
This information does not include sensitive personal information.
We use your data to:
Track your financial activities (income, expenses, budgets)
Provide insights and personalized suggestions
Sync your data securely across devices

Manage user accounts and authentication
Provide customer support, including through third-party services like WhatsApp (see Section 6).

Amar Hisab provides optional Pro Features through Google Play Billing.
Payments are processed securely by Google.
We do not store or have access to your payment information.

Data Handling for WhatsApp Support
When you choose to contact our support team via the in-app WhatsApp link, you are leaving our app to use the WhatsApp platform. By sending a message, you consent to sharing your phone number and the contents of the chat with our team, which will be used solely for customer support.

We retain your information only while your account remains active.
When you delete your account:
Your financial data is removed within 30 days.
Your email and authentication profile are also deleted.
Uninstalling the app alone does NOT delete your account — users must delete manually through the app or by contacting us.
Our app is intended for users 13 years and older.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If such data is found, we will delete it immediately.
