This Privacy Policy explains how Themes, Widgets & Wallpapers (the “App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you access or use the App. It also describes the choices and privacy rights that may be available to you.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please stop using and uninstall the App.
The information we collect depends on the features you use, the permissions you grant, your device settings, and the version of the App available in your region.
When you use the App, we or our service providers may automatically process limited technical and usage information, such as:
Device manufacturer, model, screen size, and screen density
Operating system name, version, and build
App name, version, build number, and SDK information
Device language, country or region, time zone, and carrier information
IP address and approximate location inferred from your IP address
Device or advertising identifiers, where permitted by law and your device settings
App interactions, screens or features viewed, session information, and timestamps
Network status, crash reports, performance information, and other diagnostic data
We use this information to operate the App, analyze feature performance, fix crashes, conduct feature or interface testing, maintain security, and improve the user experience.
If you choose to create a photo widget, customize a theme, or use an image as a wallpaper, the App may request access to selected photos or media on your device.
This access is used only to let you choose, display, edit, or apply the content you select. The App does not automatically access your entire photo library, and we do not intentionally modify or delete your personal photos without your action.
Where supported by your operating system, we use a system photo picker so you can provide access only to the images you select.
If the App offers a weather widget and you choose to use it, we may request access to your approximate or precise location to display weather information for your area. Location access is optional and is not activated until you grant permission.
You may refuse or withdraw location permission through your device settings. Some location-based features may not work correctly after permission is disabled.
We do not use location information for unrelated purposes unless we provide additional notice and obtain consent where required.
Certain control widgets or panels may request Nearby Devices or Bluetooth permission to show Bluetooth status or enable a user-requested device control. We use this access only to provide the relevant control feature and do not use it to continuously identify or track nearby people.
If you contact us for support, submit feedback, or report a problem, we may receive:
Your name or username, if you choose to provide it
Your email address
The contents of your message and any attachments you submit
Technical information included in a diagnostic or error report
Providing this information is voluntary. We use it to reply to you, investigate the issue, and improve the App.
If you purchase a premium feature or subscription, the transaction is processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. We may receive purchase status, product type, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and limited technical information needed to verify or restore the purchase.
We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card information.
We may use information for the following purposes:
Provide themes, widgets, wallpapers, and personalization features
Display selected photos in photo widgets
Apply user-selected wallpapers and visual styles
Provide weather information when a weather feature is used
Display device or Bluetooth status in supported control widgets
Verify purchases, subscriptions, or access to premium features
Monitor performance, diagnose crashes, and correct technical errors
Analyze how the App and individual features are used
Test and improve functionality, design, and user experience
Provide customer support and respond to requests
Protect the App, users, and our services against misuse or security threats
Comply with applicable laws and enforce our terms and rights
We do not use personal information for a materially different purpose without providing appropriate notice or obtaining consent when required.
The free version of the App may include advertising. Advertising and analytics partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, device characteristics, ad interactions, app activity, crash data, and performance information.
Depending on your region, device settings, and consent choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. We do not intentionally provide advertising partners with your name, email address, private photos, or the contents of your support messages for advertising purposes.
Analytics services help us understand how often features are used, identify technical problems, measure performance, and improve the App. A paid version may remove advertising, but essential analytics, security, purchase verification, or diagnostic processing may still occur.
Third-party providers process information under their own privacy policies. You can review Google’s privacy practices at Google Privacy & Terms.
The App and its service providers may use cookies, local storage, SDKs, pixels, advertising identifiers, or similar technologies to remember settings, maintain functionality, measure performance, prevent fraud, and deliver or measure advertising.
You can control certain technologies through the App’s consent options, your device privacy settings, or your advertising preferences. Disabling them may affect some features.
You may also manage interest-based advertising choices through the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) or the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA).
We do not disclose personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with:
Service providers: Vendors supporting analytics, advertising, crash reporting, cloud infrastructure, purchase verification, customer support, security, or other App operations.
Legal authorities: Courts, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, or other authorized parties when disclosure is required by law or a valid legal request.
Safety and rights protection: Appropriate parties when reasonably necessary to detect misconduct, prevent fraud, respond to security incidents, protect users, or defend our legal rights and property.
Business transaction parties: A buyer, successor, adviser, or other relevant party involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, insolvency, or similar transaction.
Parties you authorize: A third party when you request, direct, or consent to the disclosure.
We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. Some privacy laws may define the use of advertising technologies as “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” Where those laws apply, you may exercise the opt-out choices described below.
Information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. When required, we take reasonable steps designed to provide appropriate protection for information transferred internationally.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce our agreements.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and why it is processed. Information may be deleted, aggregated, or anonymized when it is no longer needed. You may request deletion of eligible personal information by contacting us using the email address in Section 13.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from accidental loss, unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may be able to control the App’s access and data processing by:
Granting, limiting, or revoking Photos, Location, Nearby Devices, or other permissions in your device settings
Using the system photo picker to select specific images
Resetting or deleting your device’s advertising identifier
Disabling ad personalization in your Android or iOS privacy settings
Selecting available consent or privacy choices within the App
Cancelling a subscription through the app store where it was purchased
Uninstalling the App to stop future collection from that installation
Uninstalling the App does not automatically delete information already retained by us or our service providers. You may contact us to request deletion where applicable.
Where applicable, we process personal information based on one or more of the following legal grounds:
Your consent
Performance of a contract with you
Compliance with a legal obligation
Our legitimate interests, provided those interests do not override your rights
Protection of vital interests
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
Request access to personal information we hold about you
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
Request deletion of your personal information
Restrict or object to certain processing
Receive eligible information in a portable format
Withdraw consent at any time when processing is based on consent
Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority
Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before completing a request.
Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may have the right to:
Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about them
Know the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients associated with that information
Request correction or deletion of eligible personal information
Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including certain uses for cross-context behavioral advertising
Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, where applicable
Receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights
We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. If advertising activity constitutes “sharing” under California law, you may opt out through available in-App privacy controls, your device’s advertising settings, or by contacting us.
We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. You may also use an authorized agent where permitted by law. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
The App does not currently respond to browser-based “Do Not Track” signals. Where legally required and technically supported, we will process recognized opt-out preference signals.
The App is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without legally required authorization.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at admin@nexeltechcom.com. We will review the request and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
The App may contain links to websites, content, products, or services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you access.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our data practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page.
If required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent before a material change takes effect. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
