• Shift and Earnings Data: All information regarding your work shifts, schedules, hourly rates, and earnings is stored locally on your device. We do not upload this data to our servers, and we do not have access to your personal work records.

• Calendar Access: If you grant permission, the app accesses your device’s system calendar to sync your shifts. This data remains on your device and is not collected by us.

• Subscription Data: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous transaction information (such as a unique user identifier and purchase history) to validate your Pro access and process payments.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party service providers to ensure the app's functionality:

• RevenueCat: Used for subscription management and purchase validation. You can find their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.

• Apple In-App Purchases: All financial transactions are processed by Apple. We do not collect or store your credit card or billing information.

3. Data Storage and Security

Because your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings (Passcode, FaceID, TouchID).

• No Cloud Backups: Since we do not use cloud storage, we cannot recover your data if it is deleted or if your device is lost or damaged. We recommend using the "Export to PDF" feature regularly to back up your records.

4. Children's Privacy

Our app is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
