All cleaning services are provided directly by independent service providers.

Any agreement, communication, or transaction is solely between the user and the service provider.

Home Clean is not responsible for:

Quality of service

Damages, losses, or disputes

No-shows, cancellations, or pricing issues

Any personal or property damage

a. Private Users (Customers)

Login credentials

City / location (for search purposes)

Private users do not pay any fees and no payment information is required.

b. Service Providers (Professionals)

We may collect:

Full name

Email address

Phone number

City / service area

Age

Years of experience

Pricing details

Profile photo (optional)

This information is displayed to potential customers to allow contact.

3. Subscriptions for Service Providers

Service providers may choose to purchase a non-recurring subscription to make their profile visible to customers.

Available plans:

$4.99 for 6 months

$7.99 for 12 months

Subscription benefits:

Exposure to potential customers in your area

Visibility in search results

Notes:

Subscriptions are one-time payments

Subscriptions do not auto-renew

No subscription = profile will not be publicly visible

4. Payments

All payments (if applicable) are processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play.

We do not store credit card information.

5. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Display service providers to users

Enable communication between users and providers

Manage subscriptions

Improve the App experience

Provide customer support

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Information is shared only:

Between users and service providers for service purposes

Users and service providers may request account deletion at any time.

Service provider profiles may be removed automatically if:

A subscription expires and is not renewed
