This privacy policy applies to the Prismatic mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by INTERGRATE GAMIO LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application is designed with strict privacy principles. The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell your personal data.
Local Data Storage The Application uses your device's local storage to save your game progress, settings (such as sound and vibration preferences), in-game currency (credits), and achievements. All of this data remains strictly on your local device and is never transmitted to the Service Provider’s servers or any third-party servers.
Offline Functionality The Application is fully functional offline and does not require an internet connection to play.
No Tracking & Ad-Free The Application does not include any third-party tracking, analytics SDKs, or targeted advertising networks.
Since the Application does not collect personal information or utilize remote servers for gameplay, no personal data is shared with third parties.
Please note that the Application relies on the standard infrastructure of your mobile operating system and the app distribution platform (e.g., Google Play Services), which may collect basic usage metrics and crash logs according to their own privacy policies.
You can stop all collection of data by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. Additionally, you can clear all locally saved game data at any time by navigating to the "Config" menu within the Application and selecting "Clear All Data".
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. Because the Application does not transmit data externally, no data from children is gathered or stored outside of the child's local device.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. However, since the Application does not collect or transmit personal data, there is no risk of your personal data being intercepted or breached from the Service Provider's systems.
The Service Provider may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
