Order Information: When you place an order, we collect your Shipping Address (region and details), selected Payment Method, and Payment Due Date (if you choose "Pay Later").

Device Information: We use Firebase, which may automatically collect device-specific information such as your User ID and device identifiers for app functionality and analytics.

To Provide the Service: To create and manage your account, process your orders, and deliver your products.
To Communicate With You: To send you updates about your order status (e.g., "Accepted," "Delivering").
To Fulfill Orders: Your name, phone number, and address are used by our warehouse admin to confirm and dispatch your order.
To Improve Our App: To understand how users interact with our App and to fix bugs.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third-party advertisers. We only share information as follows:
With Service Providers: We use Firebase (a Google service) to host our database, manage user authentication, and store app data. Your data (name, phone, orders) is stored securely within our Firebase project.
For Order Fulfillment: Your order details (name, phone, address) are made available to our internal warehouse admin team only for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.
4. Data Security
We are committed to protecting your information. We rely on the industry-standard security measures provided by Firebase to protect your data in transit and at rest.
5. User Rights & Data Deletion
You can review and update your personal information (like your name and addresses) from within the App.
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at elsheikhelagamy@gmail.com. We will process your request and permanently delete your personal information from our systems.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy within the App.
