Policies :

• Late Arrivals  :
  Appointments may be cancelled after 10 minutes.

• Cancellations  :
  A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any changes or cancellations.

• No-Shows  :
  No-shows are charged 100% of the scheduled service. A 70% deposit is required for future bookings.

• Health  :
  Please notify me of any nail or skin conditions before your appointment. Services cannot be performed on compromised nails.

• Urgent Appointments  :
  A $15 fee applies to last-minute bookings.
