BEFORE THE APOCALYPSE.

Snowbelle City is known for its everlasting winter with no other season. In the past, many weather extremists came here to study under the harsh winter conditions. In fact, this city even had a forecast station of its own!

Since it was a college town prior to the fall, there were a lot of popup restaurants and venues which were all open late! Everything was always decorated for tourists, capitalizing on its "Winter Wonderland" look. Snowbelle University was always rivaling with Lumiose University, so college pride and identity was a huge deal! Old University merch can still be seen throughout the city, especially decorating the campus itself. The cold environment made skiing, zip-lining, sledding, snowboarding, ice climbing, and dog sledding all very popular activities for students, tourists, and residents alike.

POST-APOCALYPSE

You've seen the movies before-- a zombie outbreak paired with a college town certainly made for a chilling scene during the initial collapse of civilization. Snowbelle University proved to be a zombie hotspot since so many people were trapped in close proximity. This made it difficult for anyone to escape, as those who tried usually ended up stuck in car accidents due to the overwhelming traffic and the snowy conditions. Once students began turning, the virus spread rapidly throughout campus. Those who survived were forced to kill their old peers, friends, and professors in order to survive. The University would not last long in this state; supplies were low, fires were difficult to maintain, and there was an overwhelming amount of distrust and violence spread throughout the group of survivors.

The frigid environment made it difficult for many types of zombie to survive in Snowbelle, attracting unique mutations called Chillexe. These zombies are rampant in this territory, proving to be a terrifying obstacle for survivors who decide to travel outside, especially towards the rural outskirts of the city. Otherwise, zombie activity usually slows down significantly from the freezing temperatures making their joints stiff and immobile.

Toxic Fist had roots in Snowbelle, as one of their base of operations was located in the frozen city before the apocalypse dawned on society. Shortly following the outbreak, after waiting for most of the Univserity population to ravage itself, the mafia swiftly took over the college campus. The overtaking was a result of strategic thinking, as Sal Deluca decided that Snowbelle University would make for a much better living situation in comparison to operating underground, which was not sustainable. Toxic Fist used intimidation and their numbers to either kick stragglers out, or coerce the desperate survivors into joining their ranks. Many former college students got roped into the mafia, whether it was against their will or a quick decision made in the interest of survival.

DORMITORIES

This is where the members of Toxic Fist live, filling out all of the old dorm rooms that used to be home to Snowbelle University students. Every member has a dorm of their own, as there are more than enough in supply-- however, it is your responsibility to keep it warm and clean. Otherwise, decoration is encouraged!

The dorm building holds a sizable lounge on the first floor that is most often used as a hang-out space. It has a few couches, although they're a little torn up. A broken flat screen TV hangs loose on the wall, and each day members wonder when it will finally fall off. There is a pin board on one of the adjacent walls where members can hang up anything they'd like, but it's mostly used as reminders for people to do their jobs.

CAMPUS LIBRARY

Snowbelle's public library is an expansive building that holds a multitude of books on almost any topic you can think of, but many books may have damages or missing pages. There are three floors, and each floor holds about four separate rooms meant for private/group study sessions meant for students. This is a great place to hold meetings, or to just get some time away. There is a lounge section on each floor, with the first floor lounge being the largest and most accessible. Some further cleaning and safety precautions are needed to fully take advantage of the second and third floor of the building.

CAMPUS HEALTH CENTER

Also known as the infirmary, this building holds a main entrance where a front desk used to be. Dwindling supplies line the locked cabinets, and dead desktops idly sit upon each desk space. The main lobby has four doors which all lead into private check-up rooms, each with their own examination beds. Each room has its own bathroom attached, and a curtain for privacy. It's about a three minute walk from the center of campus, and pathways leading to it are consistently cleared and salted.

COMMUNAL GREENHOUSE

One of the newest additions to the Campus, this new greenhouse was built from the combined efforts of almost every member in the gang. It is consistently maintained as a sustainable source of food, providing small vegetable and berry bushels for the cooks to utilize.

parking garage

This small, industrial building can be opened by a chain link attached to the garage door-- be warned, though! It requires a bit of strength to open. Inside holds a scrap table that is used by weapon makers and mechanics alike, or maybe you're just into automobiles! That's cool, too. Any Toxic Fist members with vehicles can store them within the garage without any problems.

CURRENT STATE.

While the campus has been run down by time and death, it is still being fully utilized by Toxic Fist who work hard to keep whatever is left in working condition despite the constant snow and winds. Whatever has been broken or torn down beyond repair is disregarded by the mafia, while some gang members cause more destruction to these unused properties to get rage and angst out. Snowbelle has become extremely messy from Toxic Fist activity, but most of the messes are covered in white blankets of snow. Wandering zombies, if any, are taken care of by guards on duty. Larger threats are targeted by working together in small groups.

The main building which hosts most Toxic Fist operations are the residency area dormitories, where most members live together. The building has been through hard times, as most walls have at least 5 holes in them. When times were more chaotic, there was little regard to upholding the quality of life within the base. Changes were put in place by Qianfan's administration, where everyone is expected to treat the shared living space with respect and dignity. There are multiple unfinished projects in an attempt to make things look better.

Members are expected to readily contribute to the system of labor that keeps Toxic Fist going, including jobs such as; collecting buckets of snow, tending to multiple fires, reinforcing the greenhouse, checking traps, skinning for furs, etc.
