This privacy policy applies to the POIPOI mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") for
mobile devices that was created by an independent developer (hereby referred to as "Service
Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is provided "AS IS".
1. Information Collection and Use
The Application requires access to your device's Location (GPS) to function correctly, specifically
to allow you to save and manage Points of Interest (POIs).
All data, including location data and your saved POIs, is processed and stored strictly
locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, share, or store any of your personal
data or location data on external servers.
2. Third-Party Access
The Application does not collect personally identifiable information. The Service Provider does not
use any third-party analytics, tracking tools, or advertising frameworks that would secretly collect or
share user data. The Application is ad-free and respects your privacy.
3. Purchases and Payments
POIPOI is offered as a paid application. The initial purchase is handled securely by the Google
Play Store. The Service Provider does not have access to, nor does it collect, your sensitive
payment information (such as credit card numbers or billing addresses).
4. GDPR Compliance and User Rights
As the Application does not collect or store any personal data on external servers, your data is
solely in your control. If you wish to delete your data, you can simply clear the Application's data in
your device settings or uninstall the Application. Because no data is transmitted to the Service
Provider, there is no personal data to access, rectify, or erase on our end.
5. Children's Privacy
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to
children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected from any user, no data is
collected from children.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review
this page periodically for any changes. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by
posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
