About the Fall Sale

The 2019 Fall Nut and Magazine Sale begins Monday, October 7, 2019! The Girl Scout Fall Sale is a “friends and family” sale that gives our troops and Individually Registered Members (IRMs) the chance to earn startup funds for the new Girl Scout membership year. This year, San Diego Girl Scouts Council has a new company, Ashdon Farms that we will be working with for the Fall Sale! We have new products such as the Peanut Butter Bears and Dill Pickle Peanuts!

If your troop will be participating in the Fall Sale please email pointlomacookies@gmail.com and let the Service Unit Fall Coordinators know who will be your troop fall manager will be. Provide us with the name, troop number, phone and email of the Troop Fall Manager that will represent your troop.

The Fall Nut Sale will be different this year as we have a new company. Please make sure that you participate in all necessary required training's to stay updated and make sure that you have the new information due to the changes.

Any Troop Leaders who want to be a part of the Fall Sale or want to access online sales information with regards to the troop must take all the required training's as well with your Troop Fall Manager.

If you received an email with regards to financials, product sales or membership. Please make sure that you have taken care of the issues so that you will be able to participate in the Fall Sale.

Here are some important Dates for your information:

  • Beginning Now: Troop Fall Managers and or leaders will receive an email with online training link
    • Required Online training to become a Fall Troop Manager
    • Sign Agreement online after training for each troop
    • Online Training is approximately 30 minutes


  • September 5: Nut Meetup and Materials Pick Up

The Girl Scout Fall Sale is a “friends and family” sale that gives our troops and Individually Registered Members (IRMs) the chance to earn startup funds for the new Girl Scout membership year. All proceeds stay in San Diego and Imperial counties to benefit local Girl Scouts.

Troops and IRMs earn funds for their activities and community projects, while the council’s proceeds support events, programs, volunteer training, camps and facilities, plus the financial assistance that keeps Girl Scouting available and affordable for all. Through this program activity, girls develop five key skills they will use throughout their lives:

  • Goal Setting
  • Decision Making
  • Money Management
  • People Skills
  • Business Ethics
