Do Get Intent:

When you are out selling with your girls, you may run across someone who is not upholding the cookie program standards, or maybe selling at an unauthorized location. It is important to handle these situations respectfully, and assume good intent in others. Many times, these issues arise because an adult was not aware of the standards and guidelines. If you choose to engage in a conversation with the individual, please refrain from accusing them of wrongdoing; politely refer to the standards outlined in the Family Cookie Guide and the Participation Agreement . Use the opportunity to educate, and never threaten the individual with penalties; remember, girls are watching these interactions and learning how to handle conflict!

Any concerns, questions or violations - please email or call your Troop Cookie Manager and Troop Leader first! Your Troop Cookie Manager and Troop Leader will contact us (Service Unit Cookie Coordinators).
