Dear Reader,

We are incredibly excited to bring you The ___________Poets Department. We asked 23 poets to write in response to the track titles announced for Taylor Swift's forthcoming album, The Tortured Poets Department. This creative experiment was born out of a mutual recognition between Taylor Swift and the Poetry Community. Some of us are years long devotees, others are newer to her work, but when we heard the title of her newest album we felt seen.

The poets contained within these pages are brilliant and diverse encompassing a broad range of styles, however we all recognize a connection with the emotions, images and narratives Taylor brings to her work. This is an unaffiliated fan project and profits from the sale of this zine go to the LGBT Foundation (Registered Charity No. 1070904) who provide a broad range of services to the LGBT community.
