PRIVACY POLICY FOR POCKET PARCEL
Last updated: September 24, 2026
This policy explains how the developer of Pocket Parcel processes information when you use our Android packing puzzle game. You can play without signing in. Optional Google Play Games sign-in supports cloud saves where configured. For privacy questions and requests, contact tsenkopurchases@gmail.com.
1. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
We store your game progress, completed deliveries, stars, move records, coins, achievements, discovered parcels, cosmetics, daily rewards, saved puzzles, settings, and onboarding status in local app storage. We also store records used to manage rewards, advertising limits, and cloud synchronization.
This information supports gameplay, restores your progress, remembers your preferences, and prevents duplicate rewards.
Clearing app data in Android Settings or uninstalling the app removes local app data. This does not delete information previously saved to cloud services.
2. OPTIONAL GOOGLE PLAY GAMES AND CLOUD SAVES
Where available, you can connect through Google Play Games. Google Play Games and Firebase Authentication process account identifiers and authentication credentials to connect your game to your account. We do not receive your Google password.
When cloud saves are configured and you connect your account, Google Cloud Firestore stores your progress under a Firebase user identifier. Saved information includes completed levels and performance records, coins, achievements, owned cosmetics, discovered parcels, completed daily dates, settings, onboarding status, and unfinished puzzles. Cloud records also include synchronization timestamps and revision information.
Cloud saves let you restore progress across devices. If saves conflict, the app may ask which progress you want to keep. Public rankings are currently disabled.
Google may also process technical information, including IP addresses, device and app information, and authentication logs, to operate and secure these services. Account and cloud features remain unavailable in builds without the required configuration.
3. ADVERTISING AND PRIVACY CHOICES
Pocket Parcel uses Google AdMob for banner ads outside gameplay, native ads in selected screens, occasional interstitial ads after completed deliveries, and optional rewarded ads for in-game benefits. Some testing versions use sample advertisements.
Google and advertising partners may process IP addresses, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, advertising or other device identifiers, device and app information, ad impressions, interactions, and diagnostics. This supports ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted. Non-personalized ads can still involve technical data processing.
The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to present advertising choices where required. Where available, you can revisit those choices through Settings > Privacy & Consent > Manage ad privacy choices. You can also manage advertising preferences in Android settings. Declining personalized advertising does not prevent gameplay.
Learn more in Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
4. ANALYTICS AND CRASH REPORTING
When Firebase is configured, Pocket Parcel uses Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix crashes.
Analytics may process app-instance identifiers, device and app information, session information, and usage events. Crash reporting may process installation identifiers, crash traces, error details, and device and operating-system information. These services help us understand reliability and improve the game. See Firebase’s privacy information at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
The current app links Analytics collection to whether Google’s advertising consent system permits ad requests. This is not a separate analytics preference, and declining personalized advertising does not necessarily disable Analytics.
Crashlytics is enabled independently of advertising choices when Firebase is configured. The current app does not offer a separate crash-reporting switch.
5. NOTIFICATIONS, PERMISSIONS, AND SUPPORT
Optional daily reminders are scheduled locally on your device. You can disable them in the app’s settings or Android notification settings. These reminders do not use a remote push-notification service.
Internet access supports advertising, account services, cloud saves, analytics, and crash reporting. Notification permission supports reminders, and vibration supports haptic feedback. Service SDKs may also declare permissions for network status and advertising identifiers.
The app does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise device location.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can respond to your request.
6. CHILDREN
Pocket Parcel is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The current app does not provide an age gate or a separate child-directed mode. Advertising is configured for a general audience rather than child-directed treatment.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact tsenkopurchases@gmail.com so we can investigate and address the request.
7. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND PURPOSES
We use Google services to provide advertising, consent management, authentication, cloud storage, analytics, and crash reporting. Information is processed by these providers as needed for those functions. Advertising partners may process information under their own privacy terms.
We use information to provide gameplay and requested cloud saves, manage rewards, display and measure advertising, understand usage, diagnose errors, maintain security, respect privacy choices, and respond to support requests.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing requested services, consent where required, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service where applicable, and legal obligations. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Providers may process information outside your country of residence. Their privacy notices describe applicable international-transfer safeguards. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
8. RETENTION AND DELETION
Local data remains until removed through app-data clearing or uninstalling. Cloud account and saved-progress information is retained to support account access and progress restoration until deletion is requested. The app does not implement automatic deletion after inactivity. Provider diagnostics, logs, and backups follow the providers’ retention practices and applicable legal requirements.
To request deletion of your Pocket Parcel account or cloud progress, email tsenkopurchases@gmail.com with the subject “Pocket Parcel account deletion”. We may request information needed to identify the account and verify ownership. Do not send your password.
The current app does not provide an in-app account-deletion button. Uninstalling the app or disconnecting Google access does not by itself delete Firebase account or cloud-save records. Connecting again after deletion may create a new account and upload progress still stored on your device.
9. YOUR RIGHTS AND SECURITY
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data-protection authority.
Send privacy requests to the contact address below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
We use the security features of our service providers to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
10. CHANGES AND CONTACT
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest revision. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
