MENDOZA COMMERCE LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the PokerMuse mobile application (the "App").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use PokerMuse.
PokerMuse is an entertainment poker game that allows users to play poker-style games against AI characters and unlock character-related content, including photos, videos, and voice content.
PokerMuse is provided as a single-player entertainment experience and does not provide matchmaking or online multiplayer with real players.
By using PokerMuse, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
The information collected by PokerMuse depends on how you use the App.
1.1 Device and Technical Information
When you use PokerMuse, we may automatically collect certain technical information, such as:
- Device model and manufacturer;
- Operating system and version;
- App version;
- Device language;
- General regional information;
- IP address;
- Network and connectivity information;
- Anonymous device or app identifiers;
- Advertising or attribution identifiers where applicable;
- Crash logs;
- Diagnostic and performance information.
We use this information to operate the App, measure app performance, attribute app installations and marketing activity, diagnose technical issues, maintain security, and improve the App.
1.2 Gameplay and App Usage Information
PokerMuse may collect information about your use of the App, including:
- Game sessions;
- Selected AI characters;
- Game progress;
- Poker gameplay actions;
- Game results;
- Chips received or used;
- Diamonds received, purchased, or used;
- Character content that has been unlocked;
- Subscription status and related entitlement information;
- Purchase and transaction-related information;
- General feature usage;
- App interaction events;
- Session duration;
- Crash and error information.
This information is used to provide game functionality, maintain gameplay progress and entitlements, understand how features are used, improve the user experience, and maintain the security and stability of the App.
2. Purchases, Subscriptions, Diamonds, and Chips
PokerMuse offers optional in-app purchases and subscription features.
Users may purchase Diamonds with real money through Google Play Billing. Diamonds may also be provided as part of a premium subscription.
Diamonds may be used to unlock selected character photos, videos, and voice content, as well as to obtain additional Chips for gameplay.
Chips are used for poker gameplay. Subscribers may receive Chips as part of their subscription.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. We may receive information necessary to verify purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, and transaction status.
We do not receive or store your full payment card or bank account information through PokerMuse.
Diamonds and Chips are virtual in-game items only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or redeemed for real-world rewards, goods, or services.
3. AI Characters and Character Content
PokerMuse allows users to select AI characters to participate in poker gameplay.
These characters are fictional or simulated game characters and should not be interpreted as real people.
The App may process information related to your use of characters, such as:
- Character selection;
- Character-related gameplay events;
- Character content unlocks;
- Character-related feature usage;
- Game actions involving AI characters.
The App may also record which photos, videos, or voice content have been unlocked or accessed so that the corresponding content and entitlements can be provided to you.
AI character behavior is generated or controlled by the game system and is provided for entertainment purposes.
4. How We Use Information
We may use collected information to:
- Provide and operate PokerMuse;
- Provide poker gameplay;
- Enable AI character gameplay;
- Save and maintain gameplay progress where applicable;
- Provide and manage Chips;
- Provide and manage Diamonds;
- Process and verify purchases and subscriptions;
- Provide access to purchased or unlocked content;
- Maintain subscription entitlements;
- Measure app installations and marketing attribution;
- Analyze app and feature usage;
- Improve gameplay and user experience;
- Diagnose crashes and technical problems;
- Monitor application performance;
- Detect abuse, fraud, or unauthorized activity;
- Maintain the security and integrity of the App;
- Provide customer support;
- Comply with applicable laws and legal obligations.
5. Analytics and Attribution
PokerMuse uses third-party analytics and attribution services, including Firebase and AppsFlyer.
Firebase
Firebase may be used for analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, application performance monitoring, and other technical services.
Depending on the Firebase services enabled in the App, Firebase may collect information such as device information, app usage information, identifiers, diagnostic information, and crash data.
AppsFlyer
AppsFlyer is used for mobile app attribution, measurement, analytics, and marketing performance analysis.
AppsFlyer may process information such as device information, app installation and launch events, app interaction events, advertising or attribution identifiers where applicable, IP address, and other information necessary for attribution and measurement.
AppsFlyer may also help us understand the source of app installations and measure marketing campaigns.
6. Advertising
The current version of PokerMuse does not display advertisements.
PokerMuse does not currently use advertising services or advertising networks to display advertisements within the App.
However, AppsFlyer may process attribution and measurement information for marketing attribution and campaign analysis. This does not mean that PokerMuse displays advertisements within the App.
If advertising functionality is introduced in a future version of PokerMuse, we may update this Privacy Policy to explain the applicable data practices before or when such functionality becomes applicable.
7. Third-Party Services
PokerMuse uses third-party services to support the operation, analytics, attribution, payments, stability, and performance of the App.
These services include:
Firebase
Used for analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, application performance monitoring, and related technical services.
AppsFlyer
Used for mobile attribution, analytics, installation measurement, and marketing campaign measurement.
Google Play Billing
Used to process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Google Play Services
Used for app distribution, platform functionality, and related Google Play services.
These third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
8. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate PokerMuse, including providers of:
- Analytics;
- Mobile attribution and measurement;
- Crash reporting;
- Cloud infrastructure;
- Payment and subscription processing;
- Technical services;
- Customer support.
These service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services.
For purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play, transaction and purchase-related information may be processed by Google in accordance with Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.

- Protect our rights or property;
- Prevent fraud or abuse;
- Protect the security of the App;

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
PokerMuse is not directed to children under the age of 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
