To ensure your performances and workshops are registered accurately for the PNW Theatre Festival, please follow the instructions below. Our team reviews every entry to provide a personalized scheduling and billing experience.
The PNW Theatre Festival Registration sheet will not allow you to edit any details until you make a copy or download and save as.
There are three essential tabs at the bottom of the registration sheet that must be filled out completely:
Tab 1: Contact Information – Identify the primary point of contact for all registration and billing discussions.
Tab 2: Performer Information – Provide details for every performer, including name, date of birth, individual entries, training levels, performer package option, and number of routines.
Tab 3: Routine Information – List every routine you/your group/studio is bringing, including the performance category and a full roster of performers for each specific routine. This is also where you will enter your technical needs, such as mic needs, props you are supplying, etc. Props need to be set up and removed within 30 seconds.
Once your sheet is complete, email your spreadsheet to info@pnwtheatrefestival.com with subject line 2026 Registration. Our team will review and upload your information into our festival scheduling software.
Calculated Billing: We will calculate your total festival fees based on your final number of performers and routines. We will work closely with you to ensure all billing details are 100% accurate.
Payment Collection: After the review, a member of our team will reach out to your Primary Contact to confirm your registration status and collect payment
