Our research focuses on creating mechanically soft, high-performance, low-power electronic devices. We develop electronic materials to their electrical and mechanical properties by material structure design and focus on developing futuristic devices based on that. Such devices could be applied to a wide range of applications, such as artificial intelligence, e-skin, soft robotics, advanced healthcare system, bio-implantable devices, etc. Our research is carried out through combined efforts in electronics engineering, materials engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, etc.

본 연구실에서는 기계적으로 유연하고 저전력, 고성능의 전기전자소자 제작 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 재료 설계에 따른 다양한 전기적/기계적 특성을 가지는 소재를 개발하고 이를 기반으로 전자 소자 응용 기술에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 이러한 소자는 구성 소자로서 회로, 인공지능, 전자피부, 로봇과 같은 다양하고 광범위한 응용 분야에 적용될 수 있습니다. 또한 전자공학, 재료공학, 기계공학, 의생명공학 등이 융합된 다학제 연구를 통해 신소자 및 미래지향적인 응용 기기를 실현하고자 노력하고 있습니다.
